Harry Tzalas on more relics from the Martyrium of St. Mark in the new Church of St. Mark in downton Alexandria

A sample of what appears in the Real Messiah order it here

I will check if there are any relics in the St. Marc Church of the Copts in the centre of the town. As to the Casino of Chatby...there is nothing under the Casino, only a platform made of large stones which are today covered by a thick layer of sand -- circa 2m. When you will look at that part of the Alexandrian coast you will realise that there can be absolutely nothing to be excavated, the plunder of men and the action of the sea have taken everything...we can only find in the shallows more architectural remains of the Basilica and of the adjacent Martyrium.

But although there are definitely ancient remains in the shallows in front of the Casino the Martyrium could be at at a small distance Westwards, on the coast or in the sea,
