On Judaism and the Temple
1. The Torah is central regardless of the period. State the obvious. Use the opening of any standard work. Quote Heschel.
2. Was there really any difference between Alexandrians and others? There is more guessing than facts. But explain the various factions using a standard textbook.
3. Copy the booklet by the High Priest, but make it sound scientific.
4. No Temple and no EXPECTATION of its return and general agreement by all. Formation of consensus of all parties called Rabbinic Judaism. Corresponding formation of new Samaritan orthodoxy. Or two new orthodoxies, one Dosithean and one not.
