On Moshav

moshav CAN’T be a label for this chair, and then say it must be a label for the place where the chair is, or the event of a formal SESSION or SITTING.

Moshav can mean the seat of a chair AS OPPOSED TO the whole chair, as in one of Jastrow’s examples. In Leviticus XV:4 and 5, moshavo does not mean “his chair”, it means “anything he has sat on”, just as mishkavo means “anything he has lain on”. Or it can mean a toilet seat, as in another one of Jstrow’s examples. But the USUAL meaning is a SESSION of a court or a sitting as in a sitting of Parliament. The USUAL meaning of moshav is an OCCASION, not a thing.
