Professor Ilaria Ramelli Say It Best: Viklund's Paper Shows that "the Signs of Forgery that Appeared to Exist on the Low-Resolution Photographs of the Manuscript of Clement’s Letter are not Visible in the High-Resolution Ones [and] Makes It More Probable that Clement’s Letter is not a Forgery and that the Alexandrian Really Knew the 'Secret Gospel of Mark.'”

I read the paper [from Viklund] very carefully. Now, its observations seem to me sound and well grounded. The signs of forgery that appeared to exist on the low-resolution photographs of the manuscript of Clement’s letter are not visible in the high-resolution ones. This makes it more probable that Clement’s letter is not a forgery and that the Alexandrian really knew the “Secret Gospel of Mark.”

I am also looking forward to knowing the verdict of the two handwriting experts, Agamemnon Tselikas and Venetia Anastasopoulou...

Thank you again for this. With all best wishes for the new year,

Prof. Dr Ilaria RAMELLI, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Largo Gemelli 1, I-20123 Milan, ITALY
