I Found Important Books and Articles I Have To Track Down For My Paper
I think if I end up arguing that the Transfiguration was the original conclusion to the gospel and the starting point to the 'year of favor' announced in the synagogue in Galilee I will have to develop arguments from the following sources:
HM Teeple, The Mosaic Eschatological Prophet (1957), p. 85. argues that the transfiguration was originally an account of the enthronement of Jesus as the Christ, but places it a week after his resurrection.
