Vita vs. Jewish War: the Battle for the True Josephan Narrative

In case it wasn't explicit enough over the last few posts. Vita is written in the first person - i.e. 'directly from Josephus.' The conflicts between this narrative and the third person narratives raises questions about the third person narratives.
