Did Aphraates Use a Gospel Related to Secret Mark?

Jesus bar-Nun circumcised the Nation a second time with a 'scimitar' of stone when he crossed the Jordan, he and his Nation; Jesus our Saviour has circumcised a second time, with the circumcision of the heart, the Nations who have found faith in him, and they have been baptized and circumcised with the scimitar which is his word, sharper than a two-edged sabre [Heb. 4:12]. Jesus bar-Nun brought the Nation over into the Land of promisej Jesus our Saviour has promised the Land of life [salvation] to everyone who has passed over the true Jordan, who has found faith and has circumcised the foreskin of his heart (six more points of comparison follow) Blessed are they who have circumcised their heart from the foreskin and been born a second time from the waters of circumcision, and are heirs with Abraham, the faithful Head and Father of all Nations, because his faith was reckoned to him as righteousness [Aphraates Demonstration 11]
There is no other account of Jesus or anyone else crossing the Jordan in the gospel save for this narrative:
And going out of the tomb they came into the house of the youth, for he was rich. And after six days Jesus told him what to do and in the evening the youth comes to him, wearing a linen cloth over his naked body. And he remained with him that night, for Jesus thaught him the mystery of the Kingdom of God. And thence, arising, he went back to the other side of the Jordan.
