If the handwriting of the scribe who wrote the Letter to Theodore is going to be found anywhere - given the uncooperative nature of the scholars, priests and monks at the Jerusalem Patriarchate - this might be as good a place as any to do some sniffing around for a handwriting match.  There is a lot of stuff here.
