I've Got to Hand it to Bart Ehrman ...
This Eric Scherbenske guy is brilliant. Here is his dissertation Canonizing Paul: Ancient Editorial Practice and the Corpus Paulinum. I don't agree with all of his conclusions. But he's very, very well informed and thoughtful.
