Filmed Report about Syria's Monasteries Broadcasted on Czech Television
A long filmed report about Syria's monasteries scattered around Damascus, the capital of Syria was broadcasted during TV program specialized in international subjects on Czech TV first channel CT1.
The report demonstrated on Sydnaia Monastery from inside and outside, the religious and sacred places in Maaloula as well as videos of Aramaic-speaking people indicating Maaloula to be the last place where the language of Jesus is preserved. Descriptions of Saint Taqla Church and Deir Mar Musa in al-Kalamoun were also included in the report.
