Professor Alexis Doval on the Mystic Baptism Rite in Cyril's of Jerusalem's Mystagogic Catecheses

I am very rushed for time today but I do think I found the smoking gun to connect the Jerusalem rite with 'Secret Mark.' Notice what Doval writes below about the curious emphasis of an 'outstretched hand' on the part of the official presiding over the initiation. The key phrase in the Letter to Theodore's citation of the lost 'mystic' gospel of Alexandria is ἐξέτεινεν τὴν χεῖρα καὶ ἤγειρεν αὐτὸν κρατήσας τῆς χειρός = (Jesus stretched out the hand having raised him, having grasped the hand to Theod. III.3,4)

I tell you folks it is all here - baptism as the resurrection of the dead, an outstretched hand which starts the process, ritual nudity, the mystical 'entrance' into the adyton and much, much more.  Everyone should read this - it is the beginning of the end of the hoax hypothesis.
