I have hit the motherload and finally uncovered irrefutable proof of the existence of a 'secret gospel' as reference in the Letter to Theodore. The reason people hadn't noticed it before is (a) they didn't understand how important the concept of the diatessaron was to Clement and (b) they couldn't disentangle the complicated Pythagorean discussion in Strom. 6.11. That's the reference - Strom 6.11. If you want to look at it yourself as preparation for my post that I will publish later tonight go look at it.
This post will present a more convincing argument for authenticity than anything written hitherto for the hoax proposition. It confirms EVERYTHING I have been writing about these last four months (viz. 1 Corinthians 2.1 - 9, the diatessaron, etc). It will become the basis of a scholarly article that I will submit for publication later this year and (hopefully) a new book on the subject of Secret Mark and its implications for scholarship and the history of Christianity.
