Boid on the Derived Gospels
This is a note on what I said about the derivation of all the Gospels from a single original. The argument I gave, that the compelling evidence that each one is original proves that none is, was not meant as just a negative argument. Taken positively, the argument is that each one really is original, though only to the extent that it has preserved the wording of the original, and only to the extent that it preserves the intention of the original. All are selective in what they include.
