The quarterback has thrown the football. We're dancing in the end zone waiting to receive our prize. In case you have just joined us late in the game, I am putting forward fifty proofs that the 'Church Father' Clement of Alexandria was in reality a member of a community identified by Irenaeus of Rome as 'the Marcosians' - i.e. those of Mark. I am absolutely certain that 'Mark' was St. Mark and the Marcosians were members of the fabled 'worldwide Church of Mark' that the Coptic community has always believed existed in earliest antiquity.
I have gotten up to proof number forty eight and have saved the best for last and second last.
